Refactor Colab to improve downloading outputs

Referees reported having several issues downloading the outputs in the Colab notebook. Troubleshoot the notebook and refactor to minimize issues downloading the results:

• Test the structures used by the reviewers.
• Determine if having a separate cell after the execution of the Colab notebook would be more robust.
• Modify the Quick-Start guide to reflect the changes and guide the users.
• Write an online tutorial to help users navigate an example. Generate an issue to record the tutorial and include the link in the Quick-Start Guide and the online tutorial.
