OBSERVATION: The P22 procapsid has been observed to release monomers in standard assembly conditions (Parent et al, 2006). The reconstruction of the P22 procapsid is available at PDBid 2XYY as published in Chen et al, 2011. It would be good to run 2XYY through pyCapsid and see if we predict monomers.
