CCMV results (native versus salt-stable)

The native capsid of CCMV, PDB 1cwp published by Speir et al., 1995, was also analyzed, but the empirical B-factors were uniform and didn't allow to calibrate the scale of the pyCapsid predictions, so the results were not used for the analysis.
+ Independently on the B-factor analysis, what are the optimal clustering results for the CCMV native capsid? Is the clustering the same is in the salt-stable capsid?
