The remaining 64 clusters corresponded to small extended domains of less than 10 residues
+ Where are these residues placed? chain-link region?

Identifying the positioning of the 64 clusters with respect to the chain link reported experimentally would help interpret the results better. Implicitely the question is if these 64 clusters are part of the reinforcement mechanism.
