  • Identify the recommended way to run pyCapsid in the IDSC HPC.
  • Test that the outputs are consistent with the initial publication of pyCapsid (e.g., example in the Colab notebook).
  • Run a few capsids (e.g., three: one small, one medium, and one large) to compare with the performance results published in Colin et al. Bioinformatics 2024.
  • Document tests and performance.
