Precondições (*)

  1. BrazilCustomerAttributes (1.1.1)
  2. Magento (2.4.3-p1)

Passos para reproduzir (*)

  1. Cadastro informaçoes basicas sem problema
  2. Na tela de endereço digito o cep

Resultado esperado (*)

  1. Preenchimento do endereço

Resultado ocorrido (*)

  1. Não preenche o endereço e nada registrado nos logs

Olá estava com o mesmo problema.

Veja que na instalação eles não falam para habilitar o modulo MageDev_BrazilZipCode.

Solução:
php bin/magento module:enable MageDev_BrazilZipCode
php bin/magento setup:upgrade

Dessa forma tudo vai funcionar perfeitamente.

Não funcionou em Magento 2.4.6
