Suppress error by default #10

I would like to have this by default

const action = createActionThunk('FETCH', () => 3, true)

Also, I think it would be better to change the 3rd parameter to options, then you could do something like

const options = {
  throwError: false,
}

const action = createActionThunk('FETCH', () => 3, options)
