I think it may render differently depending on some of the threshold settings?
And yes, there are many parsing problems, but I think in the original one they were not as rigorously reported. The idea is to not pretend that this parses everything perfectly but is a work in progress, and we are transparent with where the parsing goes wrong.

Maybe you need a higher tolerance? I don't think (energy level + transition) always = next energy level exactly. That's where the tolerance for the matching comes in.

But I do not remember this exactly. I would look in the code to see exactly how those settings work.

Yeah, I don't know if setting it to 100 is also the answer. And yes, you may have to recache if you change some of these.
