The switzerland_network.xml needs some cleaning.

Not all pt links have the prefix "pt" in the link id, which makes it more annoying when filtering
Some links are assigned an "unclassified" osm_type. We need proper road types when calculating emissions and also when analyzing congestion per road type.
There are different osm_types, e.g. motorway and motorway_link, that should be grouped together

What should be done ?

Add "pt" prefix to link id for all pt links
Make sure all unclassified links get assigned a valid road type
Standardize the road type strings
