Need to record the tracking information through the ivtmobis webserver

capture requests to ..../engagement/data and save encoded data to database, then redirect to link
capture email opening 1x1 image. To do this, the webserver has to capture the request to engament.. and then return the pixel byte string if there is no forwarding url requested.

This can be done like:

(pixel_byte_string, mime_type) = pytracking.get_open_tracking_pixel()
