CI fails to download source to build image #24

The URL to download the assets from the fish project release is different from what we fetch in the ci:

+ fish-shell release page URL 
+https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/archive/refs/tags/3.5.1.tar.gz
- ci config
-https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/releases/download/${FISH_VERSION}/fish-${FISH_VERSION}.tar.gz

Some version still seems to works however (I'm on my phone can't dig any deeper now).
