Retrieve labels from uptime kuma and match them with labels in Home Assistant #101

As a user I want to have consistent labeling across the systems in order to use it in automations.

I see 2 options:

  1. match kuma labels with existing labels in Homeassistant
  2. create labels in Homeassistant and match them with the sensors (maybe with a prefix?)

I would recommend to not delete labels in order to keep colors and icons from Homeassistant. If labels are deleted like the sensors, then these settings would get lost.
