Sample command invocation in this case:

$ meta deploy -f ./orcman/api/typegraph.ts --allow-dirty --create-migration --target dev --gate http://localhost:8907

Sample output (notice the EXITED value):

MET-367 `meta-cli deploy` code exits with `0` even on failure.
