Do i really need to go and use COM for something as simple as a folder open dialog ?
Seems like windows desktop development has become so incredibly hard.
I have done WPF, Silverlight, Forms, VB6, html since IE2. This new stuff is a nightmare with COM and the differences between a desktop app and an app that still runs on the desktop but is called UWP.
