Which version of the app?

WinUI 3 Gallery

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the "WinUI 3 Gallery" app
  2. Navigate to "Collections" > "TreeView" > "A TreeView with multi-selection enabled"
  3. Check the box next to "Kitchen cabinet style"
  4. Hold and drag "Kitchen cabinet style" under "Feature Schedule" (above)

Note: This behavior is consistent with any item, as long as it has a parent and at least one sibling.
