Offer CLI command to open a Devcontainer on a Remote Host

I would like to directly open a Devcontainer on a Remote Host from my local CLI.

This is possible with manual UI interaction:

1. run code --remote ssh-remote+<remote-host> <file or folder on the remote host>
2. -> VSCode opens the file/folder on the specified host
3. Run Rebuild and Reopen in Container

The --folder-uri parameter seems to try to open the specified devcontainer "locally", even when specifying --remote
