Re-write the mod and improve the builtin commands only

The mod should be rewritten to improve the builtin commands only, and potentially other builtin stuff.
Translations are now in the Minetest Engine, so this mod is no longer needed at all.

Completely remove the translations and improve many of the builtin commands with more features and tweaks.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Do the same as mentioned above, but instead, add these directly in the Minetest Engine.
