Use migration of curation from glue + step functions + hive to athena + dbt + iceberg as an example of how to migrate BAU solutions.

To include:

consciously deprioritise fixing existing issues
take time away from BAU
temporarily degrade the quality of our service (switching from daily to weekly runs)
explore new and unproven solutions
Timeboxing
MoSCoW prioritisation
Being ruthless about what we couldn’t do
Focusing on good enough
Dual running
UAT Tracking
