discontinuance scenario - 50% reduction option missing

I've stumbled across an issue with how fee calculator handles discontinuances.
I was not aware until it was raised on a live claim - (and verified by reading the regs and checking the fee calculator) that a discontinuance either attracts the same fee as a guilty plea or 50% of a guilty plea - with the deciding factor being whether the CPS/prosecuting authority serviced evidence before or after the case was discontinued. Our fee calculator does not allow for the 50 % fee to be claimed - it only has the fee values as the same as guilty pleas - so any discontinuances occuring prior to service of evidence will always be calculated at the wrong fee unless we can figure out how to allow the option of a 50% fee as well
