Preparation of dNTP stocks for PCR

1. Add 25 μl of each of the four dNTPs (100 mM, NEB) to 900 μl DNA H2O.
2. Aliquot into 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes.
3. Store working stocks (2.5 mM/ea dNTP) at -20C.
