Hi, I have some slices that have color information that I want to keep after the reconstruction and I want to be able to see in slice mode .

Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I was on holiday in China for some time :)

So if I understand you correctly, this dataset doesn't simply store density values, but also colour values? (is it the Visible Human dataset maybe?).

I currently don't support such datasets, but if the dataset is open feel free to share it here so I or someone else can have a look at that later.

In general, it would require a bit of code to support this:

Write an importer for the format (is it a raw format?)
Change the "data" array to store RGB values. Also write to an RGB texture.
Modify shader to use RGB values.
