Displaying patched conics should only display those conics that are consistent with the chosen plotting frame

The point is to compare stock and Principia trajectories (which can be interesting enough to keep that toggle around), but not to look at a busted mess of conics and noodles in unrelated frames, nor to serve as a navigational aid in lieu of more appropriate tools provided by Principia.
