Disable target clearing when double LMB-click in map #3763

Double clicking LMB in map view clears the target setting, same as stock KSP behavior. This occurs when the cursor is over free space or over any GUI. There's no need to double click but I expect it's a common mistake especially when using GUI panels and single clicking too fast.
