Missing Ability to Round Payments

This is more of a feature request than an issue.

I've had multiple customers for some reason have their payments rounded or the last four out of the eight decimal points set to zero. This makes payments fail and gets orders cancelled for sub-one cent worth of XMR.

I was hoping to be able to get a feature that would allow for a percentage discrepancy in the payment amount that'd still let the order go through.

Actually I'm going to have to update this to make sure it's explained correctly. Here's a typical situation that failed showing the total amount of the order and the amount that was paid. I have no idea why the last 4 are zero but I think it has something to do with the wallet the it's being sent from because I've had this happen on more than one occasion now.
