Improve EMV Tag data type definitions #14

EMV tags are configured here: https://github.com/mrautio/emvpt/blob/master/emvpt/src/config/emv_tags.yaml

Tag data should be extended so that tag:

format is known: ans/bin/cn etc
length of data is known: min/max/variable
source is known: icc/terminal etc

Tag structures are known (i.e. inside which structure the tag is stored)
Tag human readable printing should take tag data format into consideration (i.e. PAN hexadecimals look like PAN in the human readable format)
