Menu is always displayed in interlace #1

It seems no matter what the user sets their preference to in the settings menu, the cartridge menu is always shown in interlace mode.

Pressing Z button on N64 controller, going to "Options" and choosing a resolution does nothing.

I have tried versions V2.12.9.3 and V2.12.9.2 and they both exhibit this behaviour.

My Everdrive is a EverDrive 64 V3.
