Add Command

I've added bot to my family group but there is a problem, bot responses to all messages because it counts any message as a download request.
How can i add a command (for example /vdo) to tell bot start downloading video only link sent after this command?
in this condition bot will ignore all messages and only will be called when link comes after /vdo command or after bot username or anything else
