Hi,

When I used Novoplasty to assemble my mtDNA data, some of my data was only one-direction data, and another was lost, I copy one-direction data as the other direction to correspond with your soft demand. Do you think it is ok? In my test, using one-direction data can result in the same result compared with two directions.

If you have free time, would you mind giving me some advice?

Best wishes,

Deyuan

Hi,

Sorry I forgot to answer.. You can use single end, just put SE in the config file instead of PE
