[Bug]: Nextcloud log page is not shown

Bug description

When I try to read logs from webUI with the help of the logreader app /settings/admin/logging I cannot see anything apart of infinitely rotating wheel icon. When I remove nextcloud log, the logs appears but not for so long. Loglevel = 0 in the config file.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to settings
2. Click on Log
3. Observe nothing
4. Remove nextcloud.log file
5. Observe that the log shown again.

Expected behavior

The page with log is shown in full every time I pass on the specific page.
