Creating an engine on an ECoS should also create an engine in TauStellwerk.
Creating an engine in TauStellwerk should also create an engine on an ECoS.
Engines that no longer exist on an ECoS should be created again.
Engines imported from an ECoS should also import their DCC address, if one exists.
Deleting an engine from TauStellwerk should also remove it from an ECoS.
Editing Functions of an engine should also change the functions saved on an ECoS
