While running the yarn vote, I noticed at least one (maybe two) TSC member have an outdated email. That made me wonder if we should have some sort of periodic review of the emails in the list to make sure they are still valid. This could even be automated by sending a link to all emails, and then generating a report/pinging those who didn't click the link. It's important for us to keep the emails up to date since private discussions happen on the mailing list, and vote links are sent to the emails on the list.
