When you don't have Excel and your XLS/CSV file is too large for Google Sheets. :(
This is a simple CSV Viewer using Python.
It is using the Dash library.
You can sort, filter by row, or view selected columns.
Dash's filtering by row features are not very good (e.g. cannot using OR statements).
