A user reached out about the issue they're having with their Moonbeam account in Polkadot Vault:

  1. They added Moonbeam chain specs and metadata through the Novasama portal:
    https://metadata.novasama.io/?tab=0#/moonbeam
  2. Created a Moonbeam account in Polkadot Vault within the existing keyset.
  3. Tried to connect this account to Talisman, Nova Wallet, SubWallet, MetaMask, and the Polkadot extension, but the address QR code wasn't recognized.
  4. They connected the account to Polkadot-JS UI successfully. Here, the address QR code was recognized, and the correct address was added.
  5. However, when they created a transaction on Polkadot-JS UI and scanned its QR code in Polkadot Vault, they got this error message: "Please add the network you want to transact in."

Nova Wallet, Talisman, SubWallet, MetaMask, Polkadot JS apps doesn't support EVM-chains trancations signing with Polkadot Vault. This feature should be requested for each wallet app.
