Packages not updating

Hi!

First of all, I would like to thank you for creating this project. It's quality and maintenance metrics are much better than npmjs's.

However I have noticed a problem with the packages not updating.

14 days ago I have published a package to npm, but it's still not shown in your search:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/blessed-react

Another package I have added a new version to 4 days ago, and it's also not updated since:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/parser-combinators

I would be very glad to know if it's just npms-io having a longer update period, or maybe I broke the analyzer somehow?

yup same here, I published a package: https://npmjs.com/package/anime-search and it still hasnt showed up on your search API.

Same issue for my package postcss-styled-syntax. Published on npm for the first time on Jan 4, 2023. Since then there were more versions published. But it still not in npms results :(
