Console remove feature also removes its field from console embed

When you delete a feature from a console, the feature's embed field is not removed, this can make users think the feature is still available!

When you call the removeFeature() function on a console, the corresponding field in its embed is also removed!

Additional context
It might be hard to do, what I was thinking is we keep track of the field title and search by that. We just have to make sure there are no duplicate field titles.
