Sponsorship Custom Activity

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem, just it would be good to have a custom activity for sponsor boothing, I know we have the eRoom bothign option, but something more concrete would be good!

Describe the solution you'd like
A solution that was thought in the past would be to create a Room for each sponsor, and a public channel (a hallway) with a console where users can toggle the sponsor rooms, that way things are relatively clean for users, they only see the sponsor channels they want to see.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I am sure there are many alternatives so there should be a planning phase first for sure!

Additional context
Make sure you plan this out and think about everything before working on the feature, it will save you a lot of work hehe.

I think this issue would be best tackled by a group of developers, first yall should meet and plan the feature together!
