Describe the bug
Raffle doesn't respond when you try to run it - there's likely an error produced

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior on Discord:

Run the command '!raffle'

Expected behavior
The bot spits out a list of raffle winners

mwang2000 added the bug label
