Running terraform in a 10.21.50/24 enterprise-LAN. terraform allocated IPv4 addresses that were already used.

The module creates PowerVC network ports to allocate the IP and macaddress. Not sure how the above case is possible.

The 10.2150/24 is a DHCP LAN.

@xxTReich in your setup, did you create a separate network for OCP or you are using an existing network which already has some LPARs running ?
From the description it looks like you are using an existing network which already has some LPARs running and have IPs assigned from the network.
