Use config name in confirmation email subjects

Order IDs only have value from our side but in tems of UX it is much better to know upfront what's up, particularly after a couple of distinct orders:

I would suggest rephrasing the subject line to

• [Kiwix Hotspot] Config_name is on its way!
• [Kiwix hotspot] Config_name is ready to download

Renamed the issue as you want it in the subject ; we already have it in the email body

Indeed in the email subject it can be replaced with the config name
