The email address on the oktaMFA options page is not updated.

Describe the bug

1、Log in to okta using email A and then log out/Use email A to send the email verification code to MFA. Close the page.
2、Log in to account B again/Use account B to log in to the page that sends the email verification code.
3、The email address for sending the verification code page is still not A.

Reproduction Steps?

1、Log in to okta using email A and then log out/Use email A to send the email verification code to MFA. Close the page.
