Describe the feature request

There is an "luf" cookie that is set that stores the last used authenticator per user. When a user revisits Okta's sign in page after providing their username, the widget prompts for the last used authenticator. Is there a way to force the factor selection screen every time via configuration instead of auto selecting the last used authenticator?
