Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If a vehicle is reserved but the customer cancels before they start a ride, the proposal #399 says a trip does not get returned in the /trips endpoint. This means other data returned (see the list here), like the optional standard_cost and actual_cost fields are not returned either.

Cities, do you have any use cases where you may need this cost data, if a reservation was made but no ride was taken?

See if there are current or future use cases for this to determine if these trips need to be returned or not.

Leave as is or make these trips optional.
