Preserve paragraphs when posting comments #372

I have reason to believe that posting a multi-paragraph comment shows it to the user as a single paragraph. This would be an artifact of the JavaScript that is showing the comment immediately upon posting it — everybody else sees the comment correctly, and subsequent views by the author would show it correctly. But a reasonable person would conclude that the newlines were stripped from their comment, and be frustrated.

Verify that this is happening and, if so, fix it.
