Ensure that retrieved video will always be embedded

Right now, it appears that failures in the video processing pipeline can result in video not being displayed for a given date, even though we have, in fact, captured that video. Something that simple should not fail because of complexity elsewhere. Ensure that the video will always be displayed, no matter what failure is happening with OCRing, screenshot generation, etc.
