Slack Channel For node-oracledb

Hello Everyone,

During September's Office Hours meeting, we thought of creating a Slack channel to enable node-oracledb users to share ideas, ask questions, grow the community and promote healthy discussions.

With that in mind, @cjbj asked me to create our slack Channel. Everyone is welcome to join 🍰 ✌️

There are channels for users wanting to discuss integrations of node-oracledb with known technologies such as Angular and React, and a channel for General discussion.
