I added Scorecard to a project yesterday and they just reported this same issue there.

I asked them to re-run the workflow and that solved it, but I downloaded the log archive, so I'll attach the "Run analysis" log (and the entire log archive) here in case the original is lost.

I'm also curious if we can handle API uploads in a way that doesn't cause the whole run to fail.
