Pickup whole groups when focus is on certain level #15

That is when the focus is like this, pickup the whole group instead of the current group.
Currently movewindow already does that, so maybe it's possible to make it pick-upable too?

Additionally, movetoworkspace doesn't work with this either

Movetoworkspace should be fixable fairly easily. Picking up multiple is far more difficult and will have to wait at least until floating nodes are implemented (probably).
