hy3 dispatchers don't function on special workspaces #53

When using a special workspace (scratchpad), hy3 dispatchers are applied to the regular focused workspace instead of the special workspace.

Steps to reproduce:

Toggle a special workspace
Open windows and try to change focus, move windows, or kill active window

Can confirm, this still happens with hyprland and hy3 on 0.41.0
