Issues:

Can we use Gatsby Link for internal links (including hash links with a scroll animation)?
- Can we track pageviews accurately without this change, for now?
Why isn't overture.bio showing up in GitHub metrics as a referrer?
- Are there other ways to track overture-to-github referrals?

Questions:

What's the solution for these issues?
LOE for implementing & testing?
Are these issues worth fixing currently, or would comments/documentation suffice?
