[New Content] - Programmatic submission and download topic ideation

Summary

Looking for input on potential topics to cover regarding programmatic submissions and downloads. These are ways of interacting with our platforms outside of strictly using our CLI tools. For more context, I am linking the working branch and netlify preview of the overture guides .

Framing

Two separate user profiles to think about:

1. What would a data submitter want to know?

• Programmatic submission using Python? (example linked)
  • Note the linked example uses docker for the song client, could this be made more efficient with curl commands?
• Scripting submissions using curl commands?

2. What would a "data down-loader" want to know?

• I am limited by my imagination here
